At Luobinsen, our All-In-One DC Charger supports commercial charging projects. For a 200kW project, cabinet design, electrical requirements and the intended charging applications are important considerations. Confirm the configuration and applicable documentation with Luobinsen.
Cabinet Design
The current All-In-One DC Charger series page lists an IP55/IK10 enclosure rating and forced-fan cooling. These details should be considered with the installation environment.
Electrical Specifications
The current series specification lists input options of AC380V/400V/415V/440V/480V at 50Hz/60Hz with a 3P+N+PE connection, and a DC 200–1000V output range. It also lists a full-load power factor greater than 0.99, THD of no more than 5%, and efficiency greater than 95% at full load. Confirm which input and output configuration applies to the proposed site and vehicles.
Benefits of Our EV DC Fast Charger Technology
DC charging can support fleet and public-site operations where vehicles need energy during a limited stop. Actual charging power and time depend on the vehicle, battery state, temperature and site configuration. A rated 200kW project configuration does not establish a universal charging time or guarantee simultaneous maximum output to multiple vehicles.
Conclusion
For a 200kW charging project, review the current All-In-One DC Charger series and discuss the electrical supply, vehicles and operating schedule with Luobinsen. Confirm the final configuration and documentation before selecting equipment.
